It was a chilly rainy October day, but that didn’t dampen the spirits of all the vendors involved with this styled shoot at Tyler Gardens located on the grounds of Bucks County Community College in Newtown, Pa. It was the beautiful backdrop of the fall trees that complimented the Boho theme of pampas grass with copper accents.

Halloween Botanical Couture

Lately I have been fascinated by floral headpieces. Being inspired by designers Susan McCleary, Francoise Weeks and Hitomi Gilliam, I thought this would be a good time to experiment with these designs. Other than Halloween, when can you actually go out in public with something like this and not be judged? Haha! Of course these are a little over the top, but it makes you think how you can incorporate the idea into a scaled down piece for a wedding. Why not go for the unexpected?
